Organizations of all types and sizes, and either governmental or private sectors, can benefit on the implementation of the TQA Criteria. Starting from self-assessment, organization leaders can determine the organization strengths and areas for improvement, then review and fine-tune strategies, action plans, and work processes. When the organizations’ objectives are attained, they are encouraged to apply for the TQA award to receive effective assessment procedures from leading assessors from all professions and specialized areas. Every applicant will obtain a feedback report to identify key strengths and key opportunities for improvement, and for the continual improvement of performance and competitiveness.
The award seeks to recognize organizations in Thailand and in other countries worldwide which attain the world-class standards. Award winners are eligible to imprint the TQA logo to publicize their organizations’ performance excellence. The winners will enhance the level of Thailand’s competitiveness by sharing their successes in prestige forum and seminars, and welcome visitors to their workplaces to learn and review examples of performance excellence.
